Choose from spacious studio and one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments in Washington D.C., offering a selection of exceptional waterfront, monument, and ballpark views.
Application & Move-In Fees
- Application Fee: $50 per applicant
- Hold Fee: $200 per application (refundable within 72 hours)
- Amenity Fee: $500 due upon move-in
- Security Deposit (refundable): $500 to one-month’s rent (based on credit)
- Package Concierge: $20 one-time fee
Pet Policy & Fees
- Maximum of two pets per apartment. No weight limit. Breed restrictions apply.
- One-time pet fee (non-refundable): $500 pet pet
- Monthly pet rent: $50 per pet
Utilities
- Water: Billed through Conservice
- Electricity: billed through Pepco (have to set up individually)
- Trash: $15 per month
Monthly Parking Fees
- $300 for first car, $400 for second car
- $75 for 2-wheeled motorcycles, free bicycle storage
